If you’re passionate about arts and culture and have skills to share, consider joining the San Diego Art Directory team as an intern or volunteer. We appreciate volunteers with content creation, event coordination, and community outreach expertise.

Marketing Committee:
This is our biggest, busiest, and most creative committee! Here are some areas where you may apply your talents and passion:
- Cover one of several roles in our podcast production and management
- Cover one or more social media platforms
- Helping with email marketing and newsletters
- Help with websites updates and maintenance
- Create original content for websites and social media
- Help with graphic design
- Help with event organization and hosting
Membership Committee:
We love our members, and we want them to feel that! Here are a few ways you can help us do it best:
- Outreach and communications
- Onboarding support
- New feature announcements
- Membership perks and shoutouts
- Member events and activities
Business Engagement Committee:
This committee is the perfect blend of creativity and business! If you speak both “languages,” you are a perfect candidate to help us reach across the aisle and connect local businesses with local arts professionals. Here are a few areas where you can help:
- Represent SDAD at the online and in-person business networking events
- Create presentations
- Help organize and host art-business mixers
- Host SDAD table at various events
- Manage engagement with various professional trade organizations
