Workshop: Block Printing On Paper And Fabric With Olivia Stober

Create your own linocut blocks and print them onto paper or fabric in the block printing workshop by local artist Olivia Stober. Participants will be guided through the process of drawing and carving a lino block and learning how to press prints by hand. Pre-drawn designs available to trace for those interested in the printmaking process but intimidated by drawing up their own design. Feel free to come prepared with a sketch or let your imagination flow as you get a feel of the unique art form. Paper and tote bags will be provided for creating prints.
