Gala Semenova is an award-winning, self-taught Fine Art Portrait Photographer. Sensitive to the world around her, Gala identifies as a 'collector of sensations,' using these as inspiration for her work. Her art, inspired by colors, emotions, and feelings, explores common human experiences like self-acceptance, love, and personal and collective traumas. Gala believes her art can positively impact people's lives, fostering hope, love, and awakening. In the past five years, Gala has received international recognition for her portrait-focused art. Her work has been showcased worldwide in numerous group exhibitions, including at the FotoNostrum Gallery in Barcelona, Spain. In 2022, she was a Single Image Winner of an International photography award from the British Journal of Photography and 1854, Female in Focus, a platform championing exceptional women photographers globally.
