Co-Live/Work Studio

Space 4 Art has a live/work studio available March 1 in our co-live area. The private portion has a second-story loft, while the common areas (living room, kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms) are shared by four other co-live tenants— providing a true artist community.

Studio #35 Details:
* Size: Approx. 720 sq. ft., with loft (480 sf downstairs; 240 sf upstairs)
* Lighting: Natural light w/ 2 windows
* Rent: $1,370 (+ $75 if require parking)

Applicants must be San Diego-based and committed to participating in the Space 4 Art community. Preference will be given to artists with a demonstrated commitment to a life in the arts and a community-based practice, regardless of whether this work is their sole source of income.
